Yoga Classes and Workshops for Workplaces
Would you like to provide your staff, customers or people you support with yoga classes to support their wellbeing? I can tailor a class, block of classes or workshop to suit their needs.
- Your people may want to focus on movement if they are sitting at a desk for most of the day.
- They may need greater focus on breathwork to help manage stress.
- More emphasis on meditation could help people with their focus.
- If space is an issue, or if you have people who need a gentle and supported option, a chair yoga class may be the way to go.

My workshops are delivered through conversation and activities. I believe that people learn best about wellbeing by being able to explore the ideas through supported discussions and by experiencing the tools and techniques that may help them.
My workshops are 3 hours and are suitable for 4-12 people at a time.
Yoga Teacher & Facilitator
My yoga teaching focuses on the mental and emotional health benefits that yoga can bring. I am qualified and confident in offering hatha yoga, yin yoga and chair yoga.
I have many years experience working in community mental health spaces. I specialised in group work and peer support. I am skilled in creating safe spaces in which people can share, support one another in their recovery and heal in community with each other. I have learnt so much from all of the people who have come to the peer support spaces I have facilitated over the years about what helps people to feel and get better.
I am very experienced in writing and delivering workshops and courses on wellbeing and recovery focused topics through my development work in the voluntary sector. I am also a trauma trainer for Health in Mind.
I am a member of the PVG scheme.
